Ché Armstrong
Che Armstrong is a DJ/producer from Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK. He is the owner/manager of the Neuroscience and Axon labels, and resident DJ for Audio Rehab/Digital Newcastle.
Che has played at nights such as Godskitchen, Gatecrasher and Digital Society. He’s also played at the massive Escape club in Holland, as part of the Amsterdam Dance Event in 2009. This has allowed Che to share the decks with DJs such as Eric Prydz, Paul Van Dyk, Markus Schulz, Kyau & Albert, Above & Beyond, Martin Roth, Jaytech, W&W, Jeremy Olander and Marcus Schossow to name but a few.
In October 2010, Che joined the artist roster at Timmy & Tommy’s Full Tilt label, alongside producers such as Sean Tyas, David Forbes and John O’Callaghan. His debut on the label was a remix of ‘This Go Beat’ by Fergus Keogh. The track gained some great feedback, with support from DJs such as Dubfire, Paul Oakenfold, Marcus Schossow and more!Che’s own track ‘Synapse’ was signed to the Full Tilt and released in early 2011, with a massive remix from Timmy & Tommy. The support on this was also fantastic and included Above & Beyond, Marco V, Mat Zo, Chris Lake and many more.
Since then, Che has released two tracks on his own label, Neuroscience Deep, with more tracks coming soon…
Scotty.A
Scotty.A is a British electronic music producer & DJ. His break through year in 2011 saw him recognised by the likes of Hernan Cattaneo & Nick Warren, as well as being signed to the Russian based DAR Label.
Scotty.A’s extraordinary passion for music, coupled a dedication to his craft, is certain to see his career soar in the coming months.Keen to avoid being pinned down to only one genre, he describes his sound as a hypnotic amalgamation of house, techno and electronica, which takes the listener on a unique journey.
As well as continuing to DJ whenever possible, Scotty.A is unrelenting in the studio, constantly working on new material and continually developing and defining his own sound. With international interest from labels, producers, fellow DJs, and the crowds, Scotty.A is surely set to be an prominent figure in the future of electronic music.
David Calo
Up-and-coming Argentinian DJ/producer David Calo has had music in his blood from a young age. After learning to play the electric guitar when he was 14, he soon discovered the world of electronic music, and artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, John Digweed, Nick Warren and Sasha. David had found his new musical passion, and inspired by his heroes, he also wanted to produce the music he now loved.
Along with being signed to Axon Recordings, David is has also recently signed with Nick Warren’s Hope label. He has a lot more music coming in the next few months.
As a DJ, David has also been recognised as a rising star. Playing in some of Argentina’s finest clubs like Pacha, Cocoliche, Bahrein and Crobar, David has shared the decks with DJs such as Andrea Cassino, Anderson Noise, Wehbba, Circulation, Marcelo Vasami. Playing his own blend of techno, progressive and deep house, David has won the support of many promoters and fans.
David certainly has a bright future ahead of him!
Matt Fax
Matt Fax is a promising young DJ/producer from France. He first came on to the scene in 2010, producing electro house, before moving towards his current progressive house and techno sound.
Even though he’s still only a teenager, Matt has already started to make a name for himself in the electronic music scene. He has released on labels such as Silk Music, Neuroscience Deep, Axon, Colorize (Enhanced Music) and many more. He’s also seen the support from DJs such as Jaytech, André Sobota, Cid Inc, M.I.K.E., and more!
Although, Matt sees himself as more of a producer, he is now becoming more involved with DJing with requests coming in from various local radio stations and night clubs.
Keep an eye on this rising talent… We’re sure we’ll be hearing a lot more in the future!
